Garlic Pull Apart
Bagel in Vaughan
Scored deep, stuffed with garlic butter and whipped cream cheese, finished with everything seasoning and fresh herbs. Served warm at Pinochio Vaughan — 3175 Rutherford Rd #25.
The Vaughan store is at 3175 Rutherford Rd, Unit 25 — a plaza unit on Rutherford, close to Vaughan Mills. It is one of our most family-heavy rooms, and the Garlic Pull Apart Bagel has turned into the thing people order to share across a table instead of buying one dessert each.

Rutherford Road is the whole direction you need. We are in a plaza with its own parking lot, which means you pull in, park in front, and walk maybe thirty seconds — no meters, no garage, no circling. Vaughan Mills is the landmark to navigate by; if you have just come out of the mall you are a short drive away, and plenty of people make exactly that trip on a Saturday. Coming from Highway 400, Rutherford is a straightforward exit east. Rutherford itself runs east to west across the north end of the city, so whichever side you are starting from you are joining it rather than hunting for it. Watch the unit number rather than the street number — 25 — because the plaza runs long. The lot is well lit and stays open as late as we do, which matters more than it sounds when you are turning up at eleven at night in February.
Busiest Hours at
Our Vaughan Store
Weekend afternoons and early evenings are the busiest stretch here, driven by mall traffic and families coming in together. This is also the store where the pull-apart format explains itself fastest to people who have never seen one — one bagel, several wedges, no cutlery, passed around a table. It is our only Vaughan location, and with Newmarket well to the north and North York to the south it covers most of the Highway 400 corridor on its own. Larger orders are normal here — if you want several bagels at once for a table or to take home, phoning ahead on +1 905 629 0004 is the difference between waiting and walking straight out with them warm.
$6.99, Scored Deep,
Served Warm
The bagel is cut most of the way through into wedges, piped full of whipped cream cheese along every score, brushed in garlic butter and baked until the edges crisp. You pull it apart with your hands rather than slicing it. Everything seasoning and fresh herbs on top. Baked in-store here in Vaughan, in daily batches — which is why it can sell out late on a busy night.
